Now a day’s obesity is a biggest problem which affects all age groups. In today’s modern world everyone is very conscious about their health and body shape. But very less physical activities involve in modern lifestyle. So it is easier to gain weight than to lose it.

As everyone knows calories are required by body for work. But access of anything is harmful for the body. Extra calories increase fat in human body. So it’s necessary to balance your diet and do regular exercise to burn extra fat because extra weight creates more problems in human life.

It is observed that the person, who is overweight, can not keep him hungry for a long time. The main reason behind over weight is not taken proper diet or takes their meal in unusual time.

There are many Diet pills are available in market which is used as a treatment for obesity but its causes some side effects also.

So I advised to all people to take proper meal in a usual time and also do some exercise regularly.
